Affiliate Scam Alert: Fake EUROMONEY Article Promotes Lottery Heroes Scheme

Affiliate Scam Alert: Fake EUROMONEY Article Promotes Lottery Heroes Scheme

Deceptive Emails and False Promises

Another day, another misleading message—this time from Jason Voghel, using the email address [email protected]. In fact, Jason seems to operate from multiple email accounts. Today’s offer? “Big Money” just for activating your account.

The provided link redirects to a fraudulent EUROMONEY article, hosted on the Russian domain https://lhfrist.ru. The article is part of a deceptive marketing strategy promoting the Lottery Heroes scheme. Users who attempt to register are ultimately directed to the lottery betting platform Lottery Heroes (www.lotteryheroes.com).

Who Operates Lottery Heroes?

Though it presents itself as a legitimate lottery betting service, Lottery Heroes is operated under questionable corporate structures:

Entities Behind the Operation:

Company

Details

Purple Rain N.V.

(OpenCorporates)

Registered in Curaçao, operates under a Master License of Gaming Services Provider N.V.

Bem Blackdiamond Evolve Marketing Ltd (OpenCorporates)

Based in Cyprus, listed as a subsidiary of Purple Rain N.V. and serves as site operator

Yes, once again, we see Cyprus involved—commonly used in past scam operations.

Payment Channels Used in the Scheme

Lottery Heroes uses various online payment processors that help facilitate transactions:

For Online Ueberweisen transfers, the beneficiary is CURO Payments B.V. The actual payment infrastructure is powered by FinTecSystems GmbH, a Munich-based provider regulated by BaFin, the German financial supervisory authority.

This strongly suggests that CURO Payments is acting as a payment intermediary for the Lottery Heroes operation within the EU.

Illegal Gambling and Fraudulent Promotion

The Lottery Heroes platform mirrors past fraudulent models, including the notorious LottoPalace operated by Uwe Lenhoff, which was also based in Curaçao. LottoPalace was shut down by authorities in 2019 after Lenhoff’s arrest. Lottery Heroes follows a similar blueprint, including aggressive and deceptive affiliate marketing.

Red Flags:

  • Targets German-speaking users

  • Operates without an EU gaming license

  • Uses fake news articles for promotion

  • Drives users into an unlicensed gambling product

This means Lottery Heroes is illegal across the European Union and poses a serious risk to consumers.

What You Should Do

Avoid Lottery Heroes entirely. It’s an unauthorized and unlawful gambling operation that lures victims with manipulative affiliate campaigns and false promises of wealth.
