Previously, these businesses operated through UK-based entities — Kryptova Biz Ltd and Self Pay IO Ltd — which are currently undergoing voluntary strike-off procedures. The new Nevis registration also appears in the Offshore Leaks Database.

• January 23, 2023: A strike-off application was filed for three companies:

• Kryptova Biz Ltd (d/b/a Kryptova)

• Self Pay IO Ltd (d/b/a Paypound)

• Bitmatix IO Ltd (d/b/a Bitmatix)

These firms are part of a broader network tied to Ruchi Rathor and her family. In recent months, multiple complaints against these processors have circulated, especially across LinkedIn.

Currently, the official websites of Kryptova and Paypound identify Next Ring LLC (Nevis) as the operator. This offshore company previously appeared in UK filings as a controlling shareholder of the UK-based businesses.

Bitmatix Connection

The Bitmatix brand is reportedly managed by Rathor’s son-in-law, Yuvraj Singh, through a company called Bitmatix Inc. To date, this specific entity has not been located in corporate databases.

Merchant Claims

At this stage, no evidence has emerged regarding merchant claims linked to the UK companies’ voluntary dissolution. Creditors have not filed objections to the strike-off process.
