Unveiling NeoBanQ: A Payment Processor Tied to the iPayTotal Network

Acknowledgment of Sources

We extend our appreciation to the whistleblowers whose valuable insights continue to help uncover fraudulent operations and their associated payment processors. By sharing information, we collectively strengthen cybersecurity and transparency.

Attempted Strike-Off and Concealed Leadership

Recent developments reveal that NeoBanQ, following the steps of iPayTotal, attempted a voluntary strike-off from the UK Companies House registry. However, in both instances, creditors intervened, leading to the suspension of the strike-off process. Despite Billy Eldridge being listed as the official director and beneficial owner of NeoBanQ Ltd, insider sources suggest that he may be merely a front.

Former employees have indicated that Ruchi Rathor and Aditya Williams are the true individuals operating NeoBanQ from behind the scenes. This aligns NeoBanQ with the iPayTotal network, previously linked to OctaPay, which has since been dissolved.

Alleged Use of Fake Identities

According to whistleblower accounts, Billy Eldridge may be either a fabricated identity or a figurehead acting on behalf of Rathor’s group. The group reportedly utilizes fake LinkedIn profiles, many of which are constructed using random image generators such as ThisPersonDoesNotExist.com. These profiles are then used to create a misleading online presence for executives and team members.
