Discovery of the Financial Resident Scam

Our whistleblowers have identified Financial Resident (www.financialresident.com) as yet another active broker scam. In our initial research, we could not locate any official legal entity claiming to operate this platform. However, such details are often meaningless, as these scams typically utilize offshore front companies based in jurisdictions like the British Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, or St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

Payment Processors Involved

Despite the absence of an operator’s legal information, we identified several payment processors working with Financial Resident, including:

• iPayTotal

• NeoBanQ

• PayTechno

• Scuderia

• PayCent

• Bitxtech

The payment processor suggested varies depending on the chosen deposit currency and amount.

Deposit Simulation Findings

During deposit simulations, we discovered:

• Credit or Debit Card Deposits via iPayTotal:
  Transactions are processed through FCA-regulated Global Payments (www.globalpay.com).

• Deposits via PayTechno:
  Users are redirected to the crypto payment processor CryptoPayin, operated by Estonian company Navasu OÜ. Victims depositing funds are automatically registered with CryptoPayin and receive a confirmation email – indicating a close partnership.
